We’re always grateful to hear how our care and support make a difference to clients and their families. In a recent review, Anna G., the daughter of one of our clients, shared her experience of the care her mum receives from Neways at Home.

A Family’s Experience

Anna shared how much she values the care, dignity and kindness shown to her mum. She described our care team as always prompt, cheerful and kind, and appreciated the way they go above and beyond to support her mum as her health declines, while helping her remain in her own home.

One of the things Anna particularly appreciates is having a small, familiar group of carers supporting her mum. Seeing familiar faces helps her mum build trusting relationships with her carers, while also meaning the team knows her well enough to notice when something may be amiss.

“She genuinely enjoys seeing them. Having the small group regularly, they know whether something is amiss and it gives me great peace of mind to know she's cared for so well.”

Anna also highlighted the support she receives from our office team, including helping to arrange additional visits when needed and being available to listen and talk through the challenges of navigating her caring journey.
